Powering your Sound Module Pro
- The sound module has two power options. One is "watch battery" powered which is good for home use. The other is an externally powered option which is great for more Professional testing environments. Let us know which you require when contacting us and purchasing.
- The Sound Module can be supplied from the 3 AA battery pack which can be plugged with the cable to the Sound Module and also has the on/off switch. The Sound Module takes a very little current from the batteries - only during the few seconds testing sound presentation. Therefore the batteries can last for a long time (a few months ) if the hearing test is often performed.
- The Sound Module can also be supplied through the cable from the Solar Cell Battery which can be charged by sun or by the car battery using a special adaptor.
- A car charger with USB cable is available to charge the Solar Cell Battery Pack if access to the sun is limited or at night.
